Your site details are already set up

This happens once, during onboarding, not every time you order. Your sites, access details, assets, tanks, and vendor assignments are loaded into Fuel Me upfront, so when you go to place a Fuel Request, you never have to re-enter address, gate codes, product specs, or vendor routing. It's already there.

Recurring orders and touchless ordering

Instead of submitting the same Fuel Request on a repeating basis, you have two options:

• Recurring order: set a regular occurrence (weekly, biweekly, monthly, whatever fits the site) and Fuel Me places the order on that cadence automatically.

• Touchless ordering: if the site has tank monitors, set a minimum and target level once and Fuel Me creates the order automatically based on actual tank levels, no manual scheduling required.

Emergency fueling
