These Terms of Use govern your use of the Fuel Me website at fuel.me. Please read them before using the site.
1. Your agreement with us
If you or your organization has entered into a Platform and Services Agreement, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with Fuel Me, that agreement governs the Fuel Me platform, our services, and any fuel supplied or arranged through us. These Terms of Use govern only your use of this website. In the event of any conflict, your written agreement with Fuel Me controls.
Access to the Fuel Me customer portal is also subject to the terms presented when you sign in.
2. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. The site is intended for business use by people acting on behalf of a business.
3. Permitted use
We grant you permission to view and use this site for your own business purposes and to evaluate our services. You may not:

It is not an offer, a quote, a price commitment, or a guarantee of any result. Any price, service level, or commercial term is binding only when set out in a written agreement or order form signed by Fuel Me.
5. Disclaimers
5.1 Savings figures and performance results
Savings figures, cost comparisons, calculators, and similar content on this website are provided for general information. Depending on the item, a figure may reflect results reported by an individual Fuel Me customer, combined or averaged results across multiple customers, or an estimate modelled from operating data. Figures may be rounded, may cover different time periods, and may not be directly comparable to one another.
No figure on this website is a quote, an offer, a price, or a guarantee of any result. Results achieved by one customer or group of customers are specific to their circumstances and are not typical, promised, or predictive of what any other business will achieve. Where a figure is an estimate, it is an estimate and not a commitment.
Actual results vary with market conditions, fuel prices, volume, product type, geography, site characteristics, delivery frequency, contract terms, and your existing supply arrangements. Calculators and comparison tools produce illustrative outputs based on the information entered and on general assumptions, and they do not constitute an analysis of your operations. Any commercial terms are binding only when set out in a written agreement signed by Fuel Me.
5.2 Fuel pricing and market information
Any fuel pricing, index, rack, benchmark, or market information shown on this website is provided for general information and may be delayed, incomplete, or superseded. It is not a quote, not an offer to sell, and not trading, hedging, procurement, or investment advice. Do not rely on it for purchasing or trading decisions without independently verifying it.
5.3 AI-generated content
Some features of our website and platform use artificial intelligence to summarize information, answer questions, and surface insights. AI-generated output may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Fuel Me holds a SOC 2 Type I report, which addresses whether controls were suitably designed at a specific point in time. It does not address whether those controls operated effectively over a period of time, which is the subject of a Type II report. Customers requiring current security documentation should contact support@fuel.me.
5.6 Errors, omissions, and no warranties
Despite reasonable care, this website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to change content at any time without notice.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency of content. Nothing in this Section 5 limits any warranty or commitment expressly given in a written agreement you have with Fuel Me.

We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or practices. 9. Text messages
Text messages sent by Fuel Me are governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
This section applies to your use of the website. Liability relating to our platform and services is governed by your written agreement with Fuel Me.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuel Me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
This applies to the website only. Governing law for our platform and services is set out in your written agreement with Fuel Me.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Fuel Me regarding use of this website.
