Device means any device that can access the Service (computer, cellphone, etc.).
Feedback refers to feedback or suggestions sent by You.
Free Trial refers to a limited free subscription period.
Goods refers to items offered for sale on the Service.
In‑app Purchase refers to the purchase of goods or subscriptions via the Application.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods.
Promotions refer to contests or sweepstakes on the Service.
Service refers to the Application or Website or both.
Subscriptions refer to paid services or access on a subscription basis.
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) mean these terms that form the entire agreement.

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel goods returned in the same condition within 14 days of receipt.
No refund for personalized items, perishable or unsealed goods.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Prices Policy
Prices are subject to change before order acceptance due to changes in taxes, duties, shipping, exchange rates, or other market conditions. If pricing changes, you may cancel your order before acceptance.
Payments
Payments through major credit cards or PayPal. Orders are authorized through your card issuer.
Subscriptions
Paid services billed periodically; auto-renews unless canceled. Cancel anytime via account settings or contacting the Company.

Billing

In-app purchases via App Store are governed by their billing policies.
Fee Changes

Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests handled case-by-case. www.fuel.me
Free Trial
Free trials may require billing information. You won’t be charged until it expires. We may modify or cancel trial offers.
In-app Purchases
Those are consumable and non-refundable. Faulty downloads may be replaced or refunded via App Store in reasonable cases.
Promotions

User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, are responsible for account security. Notify us of breaches. Usernames must be lawful.
Content
Your Right to Post Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to use/share it. You guarantee your posting right. www.fuel.me
Content Restrictions
Prohibited content: illegal, defamatory, hateful, spam, viruses, infringing, impersonation, privacy violations. We may remove inappropriate content.
Content Backups
We back up user content but do not guarantee against loss. You should maintain independent backups. www.fuel.me

The information given by the Service is for general guidance on matters of interest only. Even if the Company takes every precaution to insure that the content of the Service is both current and accurate, errors can occur.
